1. General

1.1

Under Doe@ding, as mentioned in these general terms and elsewhere on the site, refers to the sole proprietorship with limited liability, Doe@ding, located in Spijkenisse, Netherlands. Doe@ding is located at the address: Anjerstraat 1, 3202 GS Spijkenisse, phone number: 0181-625017, email address info@doeading.nl. Doe@ding is registered in the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam, registration number 24406542.

2. Applicability

2.1

These general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships in which Doe@ding acts as a supplier of products.

3. Offers

3.1

All offers from Doe@ding are non-binding. Offers are subject to the availability of products. Typographical errors are reserved at all times.

4. Agreement

4.1

The purchase agreement between Doe@ding and the buyer is concluded when the 7-day inspection period after receiving the order has elapsed.

5. Prices

5.1

All prices include Dutch VAT and exclude other government levies and shipping costs. If the buyer is not located in the country of shipment, the buyer is liable for any applicable VAT or import duties.

6. Sales Area

6.1

Currently, goods are only delivered to customers within Europe. Orders from countries other than the Netherlands cannot be sent cash on delivery, regardless of the place of delivery. Cash on delivery orders with a different delivery address than the billing address will not be accepted.

6.2

Other sales areas will be added in the future.

6.3

The purchase contract can only be concluded in Dutch.

7. Delivery and Cash on Delivery Costs for Products

7.1

All prices of products on this site exclude delivery costs.

7.2

Delivery costs are €3.95 for orders up to €50.00 (within NL). No shipping costs are charged for orders over €50.00 (within NL).

8. Delivery and Delivery Time

8.1

Within the Netherlands, Doe@ding delivers the ordered products to the specified delivery address within 3 working days after order confirmation, upon payment, if in stock. If not present, the ordered products can be delivered to neighbors.

8.2

The above delivery times are indicative and not strict deadlines. Doe@ding is never liable for damages due to exceeding delivery times.

8.3

Delivery is from our own stock. Doe@ding arranges delivery by post or by any other means of Doe@ding's choice. Ownership of the products passes on delivery if the products are paid for.

8.4

Doe@ding is entitled to fulfill delivery in installments. Additional costs for the backorder will be borne by Doe@ding.

8.5

Shipping is at the customer's risk! Upon your request, we can send your order by registered and/or insured mail. Additional costs for this are borne by the customer. Please indicate this when placing your order.

9. Secure Payment

9.1

Doe@ding offers various payment methods, including iDeal and Credit card.

10. Returns

10.1

If you have received a different product instead of the ordered product, Doe@ding will exchange it at no cost for the product you ordered, provided you have the invoice, the purchase has not been used, and it is in the original packaging. The consumer is entitled to a refund of the order amount, if already paid. To do this, contact info@doeading.nl or call 0181-625017 within 7 working days of receipt at the delivery address.

10.2

If you are not satisfied with the product, please send an email to info@doeading.nl. Perhaps we can find a solution together.

11. Complaints, Inspection Obligation, and Performance

11.1

Complaints regarding non-receipt of (part of) an order must be made within 7 days of receiving the products; otherwise, the accuracy of the order is assumed.

11.2

Complaints about defects in the products must be made in writing and as soon as possible, but no later than 7 working days after receipt at the delivery address or, in the case of non-visible defects, within 21 days after the defects could reasonably be discovered.

12. Personal Data

12.1

The legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data, as stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Act, are adhered to by Doe@ding.

12.2

Doe@ding will include the customer's provided data in a file. These data will be used for the execution of the customer's order and will be kept as long as necessary for the handling of any complaints arising from the execution of the order. No data will be passed on to third parties that could compromise the customer's privacy.

13. Prices

13.1

Doe@ding cannot be held liable for deviations in prices, images, and texts.
