Ordered on working days before 4:00 PM, generally shipped the same day!* For the majority of the assortment, ordered products are shipped the same day if you ordered on a working day before 4:00 PM. The order is shipped with PostNL. If PostNL cooperates, the order will be delivered the next (working) day (no guarantees are possible!). We notice that in busy periods, orders are often delayed.
Items listed on our website are available from stock, unless otherwise stated. (There are unfortunately exceptions sometimes.) *If an item is not in stock, you will receive an email from us indicating how to resolve it as effectively as possible.
We ship with PostNL.
Reserving items is only possible by placing an order in the webshop. You can choose the option "afhalen in de winkel" (pickup in the store) or shipping.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make changes after placing the order.
Yes, certainly! Our store is open on Monday from 13:00 – 17:00 and from Tuesday to Saturday from 09:30 – 17:00. Our address is: Anjerstraat 1 in Spijkenisse. (During the summer period, there may be different opening hours, and we will notify this in advance on our website.)
Yes, indeed, we offer digital gift vouchers. After ordering, you will receive a PDF containing a code. You can choose to have it sent to yourself or directly to the recipient. This credit can be used both in the store and online shop.
